Peer Review Policy
The Association’s book series publishes scholarly conference proceedings within its designated field.
All full papers submitted for publication since the 5th conference proceedings undergo peer review before acceptance. Each paper is assessed by two reviewers with relevant academic or scientific expertise, normally selected from the Association’s scientific Board.
Reviewers evaluate the originality, scholarly quality, methodology, relevance, and contribution of each manuscript. They provide written assessments and recommendations, and authors may be required to revise their manuscripts before a final publication decision is made.
Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed and appropriately managed. Authors do not participate in the evaluation process or publication decisions concerning their own contributions.
The final version of each paper is checked before publication to ensure that the review process and any required revisions have been addressed. Records of reviews and publication decisions are maintained by the Association.
The Association is committed to transparency, academic integrity, and consistent application of its peer-review procedures. We are aware of and adhere to COPE’s ethical guidelines for peer reviewers.
